Laying on a table having a machine tell you whether your pelvic floor muscles are “weak” or “tight” IS 👏🏻 NOT 👏🏻 THERAPY 👏🏻. While biofeedback can be a tool in a therapy session, it’s crucial to find the root cause(s) to why you’re experiencing pelvic floor symptoms. And often time the full picture doesn’t even involve the pelvic floor directly 🤯.

At Monterey Pelvic Health, our pelvic floor evaluation is more than just a pelvic exam. We thoroughly assess multiple areas of the body so that we can get the full picture of what can be contributing to your symptoms and create an individualized action plan to treat it!
