Weekly I trade an EFT session with my trade partner on zoom. Often the topic is ongoing emotions and physical side effects from being treated for breast cancer 2 years ago. The journey only began for me with diagnosis...my life is much better now and continues to improve now that I am cancer free. I am growing spiritually and doing better self care, my marriage is improving, my health good, and I am so grateful for EFT and the sessions I have received.

I have been leading an in person EFT Tapping group Wednesdays from 1:30-2:30pm at the Active Senior Center in Salinas. This group is $1 for members and $2 for non members and everyone of all ages is welcome to join us.

“I decided to attend the EFT Training because I needed to connect with other people
and wanted to practice slowing down my mind and emotions to center on a calm space.
This has been a very positive experience for me. Bari has a calm spirit and she
facilitates each person to share in a safe space. She gently reinforces the rules about
cross talking when a person is sharing their personal needs.
She guides us through the steps to quiet our soul and to practice EFT Tapping with
appropriate statements, which we repeat. These statements address our individual
concerns while we are tapping. They affirm the reality of our daily struggles and lead us

It amazes me that around a year after treatment for breast cancer the fear of reoccurance continues to emerge regularly. I have found EFT Tapping to be the best tool for embracing this fear and letting it go. I am here to help you do the same at bariroberts.com

I just went to a dear friend's celebration of life cermony. She was 12 or so years younger than me and it was cancer that ended her life. As I sat during her cermony, I gave thanks for the many gifts I have received, including thriving after having breast cancer. EFT Tapping from a Practitioner and on myself reduced so much stress for me...and I believe has allowed me to continue living.

Using EFT tapping reduced the stress at the time of diagnosis, during treatment, and now post treatment. Reducing stress can boost the immune system and energy for healing.

So happy to have survived breast cancer and be dressed up for a gig with my hubby with our Moon Glow Jazz Band. I live a full life now, singing and playing guitar. leading an in person senior center EFT tapping group weekly, seeing several clients on zoom weekly, exercising and eating a healthy vegan diet. I am so grateful to be alive.

Weekly EFT Tapping from a certified practitioner made my breast cancer journey an experience of transformation and
greater awakening to my true self. As I now adjust to the new me, I still receive weekly EFT sessions and I am so grateful.

See my curly hair? It has grown back curly and full 8 months after chemotherapy and radiation, I love it!

Group EFT tapping has been clinically proven to be highly effective. Each person participating in the group experiences a noticeable decrease in stress after a one hour session. Sessions often open with a check in, a grounding meditation for a few minutes, and then EFT Tapping led by Bari Roberts, Certified EFT Tapping Pracitioner.

Currently an in person group EFT Tapping session is offered Wednesdays from 1:30-2:30 at the Salinas CA Active Senior Inc. Center on Harvest and Pajaro Streets. All ages of people are welcome. Participants consistently leave after the hour long group with a much more positive attitude and peaceful happier mood.

The above research suggests that a majority of breast cancer causes may be due to factors other than heredity.

I have found EFT Tapping to be a wonderful tool to use to address the factors that may contribute to breast cancer other than heredity.
