Nutrex - brand new out! I am currently enjoying the "Creatine for Women" b***y and beauty. I chose the pink lemonade and it is delicious with just 8 Oz of water or I also like to mix it in my smoothies. It gives me the boost I need for the workout and the recovery I need for day 2 after leg day!

RYZE COFFEE

Ryze coffee has been a life changer for my husband and myself! He likes to add it into his morning coffee for the extra benefits of clarity for the day and a little extra pick me up. I myself like to put it in my post workout protien shake. I find that it helps me bounce back into action for the rest of the day! Love it so far.

Today we went on our first hike in Clarksville, TN. 3.7 miles in an hour and a half. I can't wait to explore more! Feeling very thankful right now.

It's official! We have bought our first house. Moving to Tennessee in December. Maybe I'll get to see snow for Christmas.
I can't wait for the next adventure. New school. New state. Brand new house. And finally a place to go hiking!
