That’s right! The phases of the menstrual cycle mirror the natural seasons. Knowing this can help you remember that you aren’t meant to be the same every week.

Each inner season comes with it’s own unique energy. Learning to work WITH your seasons, rather than against them, is a powerful practice in knowing yourself and your hormones even better.
