Well, one December baby just couldn’t wait and decided to come on Thanksgiving! A strong baby boy brought into this world by his mother’s strength and wisdom 💙

I’m thankful for so many things, but at the top of the list is my brother who graciously brought me some Thanksgiving dinner while I was still at the hospital 😂

The rest of my Thanksgiving was spent with family (I did get home in time to make an apple pie 🥧)

And that’s a wrap for November births! Two baby girls brought into this world by their amazing and strong mamas 🩷🩷 I got home this morning in time for a few hours of sleep before I needed to head back out for a consult. I can’t believe I’m how close I am to being fully booked through July of 2026 🤯 What a blessing to be involved in supporting these wonderful families.

The doula badge is hung up…for now 😂 I have a few more days before going on call for my December mamas! Looking forward to some rest over this holiday week so I’ll be ready to support the births of 2 more babies before the end of the year 💛💛

Also, I really just want you to check out the difference between how I look for consults and prenatals, and how I look showing up to the birth 🤣

Office day 1 of 2 for the week! Got all my new add ons and equipment set up so now it’s time to make some postpartum belly butter for my clients! Just two prenatal massages and a home visit today!

It was unboxing day at my house today! Got some diapers and pads from EveryLife and coffee from Seven Weeks Coffee for a raffle basket I’m making and some postpartum bags (Plus a few fun stickers just for me ☺️). If you haven’t checked out Every Life or Seven Weeks Coffee, go do it! They are great companies with an incredible mission! And the inspiration for a new project I’m working on 🥰

I also finally got the stuff for my new massage add-ons (more on that later) and a few office upgrades!

Had a contract signing this morning then a nice walk/bike ride with the family. That’s my kind of Saturday! It was still a little too hot, but the sweater weather is just around the corner!!

From Kindergarten to Childbirth Education! My days as a homeschool mom and birth worker sometimes have quite the range of activities! 😂

I love teaching, I love it so much I do it any time I get the chance! This is part of why I am so excited for this new class. Any chance to empower women with knowledge, talking about what I love, being another person in your corner cheering you on, I love it!
