Direct Access MD

Direct Access MD is a Family Medicine Practice that provides general medical care including all preventive care, adult care of chronic conditions, acute non-emergency illness and injuries, well-child, geriatric and gynecologic services. Direct Primary Care is the solution to our damaged health care system. This is the part of the Affordable Care Act that actually provides affordable care to patients. This practice model that allows patients access to high quality and accessible care at affordable prices, with limited wait times, same day and next day appointments and discounted labs and other services. We are able to do this by keeping patient panel numbers low. Patients are not required to have insurance, although those who have insurance may choose to combine their high deductible plans with direct primary care in order to save money over traditional higher premium plans. The Affordable Care Act makes it possible for patients to use their Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) through their employer's plan.
