We’re a boutique yoga studio focused on motivating our students to explore outside of their comfort zones and challenge themselves, both on and off the mat. Our class sizes are small for an intimate experience and instructors are welcoming and supportive, willing to meet you wherever you’re at in your yoga journey. Om is an energizing, inspiring space saturated with natural light, bamboo flooring and a boutique brimming with the best active wear for your practice. The moment you walk through the door, it is our goal to make you feel at home, where our students and staff are on a first name basis. But Om Studios doesn’t stop at yoga, we also offer a variety of wellness services, including massage and skincare. Gennica’s restorative class is designed to gently guide you into the parasympathetic nervous system — the “rest + digest” state where healing, repair, and regulation happen.

We’ll begin with long-held yin postures to gently open the fascia, release stored tension, and invite stillness into the body. As the muscles soften, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound journey of crystal bowls, chimes, and layered frequencies designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.

Yin works deeply into the connective tissues.

To linger in stillness long enough for the body to listen.

We’ll move through a gentle yin practice—held postures, supported shapes, and quiet breath—followed by an extended crystalline sound journey. The resonance of sound offers space for the nervous system to settle, the mind to unwind, and the heart to rest.

This is a practice of release, not effort.
Of receiving, rather than doing.
