Classes will not be held December 24th ~ Jan 1st.

We'll be back Friday, January 2nd at 10am for Senior Strength & Balance, ready to inspire a brighter, healthier you!

Last night was pure magic ✨

Our Vision Board Workshop was so much fun and such a beautiful success. The room was full of creativity, intention, laughter, quiet reflection, and that spark that happens when people come together to dream out loud. Watching everyone claim their goals, hopes, and next chapters for 2026 was incredibly powerful.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who came, shared energy, trusted the process, and showed up for themselves. And a huge thank-you to those who donated supplies. your generosity made it possible for everyone to create freely and abundantly. This community never ceases to amaze me.

Healthy Time is more than a studio… it’s a space where vision turns into action and support is felt deeply. I’m so grateful for each of you. 💛

Here’s to dreaming boldly and building what’s next together.
