📣 Openings in Our Friday 10 AM Chair Senior Strength Class!
Our senior classes are usually full, and due to the high demand for our programs, we recently split our Friday class into two sessions. That means we now have openings in our 10 AM Chair Senior Strength Class!
If you’re a senior with mobility challenges, this class is for you. Our chair-based strength class is thoughtfully designed to meet you exactly where you are in your mobility, strength, and balance.
Don’t assume “chair class” means easy! We teach multiple levels within every session, and our skilled, trained mobility instructors can scale the workout to challenge any ability level while keeping you safe and supported.
Here’s how Fridays now work:
• 10 AM Chair Strength Class: ideal for those who prefer seated or standing work with support.
• 8 AM Up & Stable Class: designed for seniors who can comfortably get up and down from the floor.
Both classes focus on mobility, cardio, balance, and resistance training all with one goal in mind: helping you stay strong, confident, and independent for as long as possible.
