These are FREE services funded by vocational rehabilitation agencies and include five core components: job exploration counseling, work-based learning experiences, workplace readiness training, counseling on postsecondary opportunities, and self-advocacy instruction.

Today we have two major awareness days to recognize: International Guide Dog Day and National Assistive Technology Day! The ADA includes protections for trained service animals, like guide dogs, and protects people with disabilities' right to use assistive technology including wheelchairs, canes and other mobility devices.
