This is my new (almost daily) winter commitment- chicken broth, miso & collagen powder.
Miso is a minimally processed fermented soybean paste. It acts as a phytoestrogen, meaning it supports your estrogen levels in a balancing way (whether too high or too low!) It also contains beneficial bacteria that support gut health.
It’s warm, cozy and actually pretty tasty.
Remember: real health supportive choices usually aren’t flashy, they are things that are consistent. Small shifts = real change!
