Our software program is phasing out Facebook & Twitter as sign-in options. Take a minute and either connect your google account as your login, or set a user name/password combo & save it in your passwords. Here's a step by step guide if you want a visual! Also, please note, as long as you/we set up your family permissions correctly, you can access your kids' accounts (scheduling, paperwork, etc) from your account and you do NOT need to set up separate user names for everyone!

We had the opportunity over the last couple of days to watch these 3 young men battle through the last wrestling tournament of their high school careers. It is truly a humbling experience to watch someone do something they care greatly about! That said, we are back to our regular routine this week… so please note- scheduling is pretty full for the week with us having been gone for 2 days. Ladies! Did you know that ground flax is a powerhouse for midlife women- rich in fiber to support digestion and blood sugar balance, and packed with lignans that help gently support healthy estrogen metabolism.

What’s in your cup today? Is it working with your health or against it?

This is my new (almost daily) winter commitment- chicken broth, miso & collagen powder.

Miso is a minimally processed fermented soybean paste. It acts as a phytoestrogen, meaning it supports your estrogen levels in a balancing way (whether too high or too low!) It also contains beneficial bacteria that support gut health.

It’s warm, cozy and actually pretty tasty.
