CCM Health held its December 2025 Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday of this week, which marked Steve Condon’s final meeting on the Board.

Steve joined the CCM Health Board of Directors and has served for the past nine years, including two years as Board Chair. During his tenure, Steve provided steady leadership, thoughtful guidance, and a strong commitment to advancing CCM Health’s mission and vision.

As a sign of appreciation and gratitude, CCM Health recognized Steve for his years of service and dedication to our organization.

Today, Holly Merryweather made a stop at our CCM Wellness Center, and after seeing all the amazing equipment and friendly faces, she decided it was time to level up her sleigh-pulling skills! 🛷✨

🥗✨ Label Lessons with Holly! ✨🥗

While helping tidy up the offices of CCM Health’s Diabetes Education team, Holly Merryweather came across something puzzling… a Nutrition Facts label! With all the holiday treats around, she wanted to learn how to read labels like a pro.

Thankfully, CCM Health’s amazing Diabetes Nurse Educators, Wendy Augeson, RN, MSN, CDCES, EMT and Cheri Ness, MS, RDN, LN, CDCES, took the time to teach Holly how to better understand what’s really in the food she’s eating. Now she’s heading back to the North Pole with some sweet new knowledge (and maybe fewer grams of added sugar)! 🧁📊
