The North Pole has done it again! CCM Health has been handpicked to host a very special visitor this holiday season, please join us in giving a warm Montevideo welcome to Holly Merryweather, our 2025 Helper Elf!
Holly arrived today, straight from Santa’s crew, to help spread joy, laughter, and a little North Pole magic throughout CCM Health and our community all December long.

🎁 From festive fun to surprise giveaways and cheerful check-ins across departments, Holly will be sharing the spirit of the season in the most heartwarming (and slightly mischievous) ways!

🎁🎄Stuff the Truck is happening now through December 10, 2025🎄🎁
This year, we are collecting food shelf donations along with new, unwrapped gifts for children of all ages. You can drop off your donations at CCM Health, the CCM Wellness Center, or Walmart at any time during the collection period.

Volunteers of CCM Health will be collecting gifts at Walmart the following dates:
November 26th 4-6pm
November 29th 1-5pm
November 30th 1-5pm
December 3rd 4-6pm
December 5th 1-5pm
December 10th 4-6pm (Last day to get your donations in!)

When James first came to see us, he had significant hip pain, daily activities were becoming more difficult, and he relied on a cane to get around. Through consistent therapy and personalized treatment of his therapy team, James has made incredible strides and hopes to be cane-free soon!
