I’ve been working through a shoulder injury lately —
and it’s been a mirror.

For how easily I slip into “doing” and “carrying,”
even when my deeper self is asking for stillness and trust.

It reminded me that the body doesn’t punish.
It communicates.

What a gift this weekend was! Thank you to the incredible women who came together and made our fall retreat so special. Your presence, laughter, and openness filled the days with magic.

And thanks to the beautiful practitioners of energy movement in all forms: yoga, nourishing food, massage, and reiki.
