Today was The Fremont's "A Tour of Ireland" Sunday Brunch! The Emerald Isle inspired wonderful culinary fare the residents enjoyed
such as Stewed Chicken Thighs with Red Potatoes, Corned Beef, Bangers and Hash, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Scotch Eggs, Braised Cabbage and assorted quiche! The fruit trays and desserts like Terimisu and the Irish Flag inspired parfaits were big hits! ,

We had a special guest for Happy Hour at The Fremont today! Mr. Barry Stacey came to visit and the residents really enjoyed him! What a warm and genuine guy, and what a great time!

The appetizers from Culinary hit the spot as well - luscious fruit, soft, spicy cheese, tea sandwiches - yum! ,

Last Friday was Maintenance Workers Appeciation Day. Due to scheduling conflicts and all of the exciting changes happening here at The Fremont (can you say new Independent Living kitchen?!) we officially celebrated today.

We are so thankful for our Plant Ops Director, Wyatt, and our Plant Ops Assistant, Curtis. We hear nothing but praise from the residents they serve, and they are excellent teammates!
