Elderberry Tea VS Elderberry Syrup!
***Both made with spring water, organic elderberries, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and mullein! ***
The tea is less concentrated with elderberry than syrup! Which is tea below?
Tea is great for drinking warm when symptoms exist 3-4 times a day 6-8oz! Or to just enjoy as an herbal tea any day!
Syrup is taken daily 1 tablespoon to protect against sickness and taken every 3-4 onset of symptoms to decrease time symptoms last!

This tea is so soothing!

This is why I don’t make fruit infused seamoss!!! Unless you are adding preservatives and additives, this will likely happen! Fruit ferments too quickly! Mango Seamoss that didn’t go well! Maybe if you will eat the entire jar within a 5 days.
