The Alabama Psychiatric Physicians Association (APPA) invites residents and medical students to submit abstracts for the Poster Contest at the Fall Conference:

We love our poster competition! Next chance to enter is the fall meeting - October 18! More details to come.

Residents and faculty from the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurobiology won second place at the Alabama Psychiatric Physicians Association spring meeting for their poster titled "Polydipsia with hyponatremia as a presenting symptom for a patient experiencing his first psychotic episode."

The poster's authors include Emma E. Cao, M.D., Galina Ostrovsky, M.D., Bradley Burk, PharmD, BCPP, Rachel E. Fargason, M.D., and Badari Birur, M.D.
