Carastar is dedicated to serving our community and the River Region in the Area of Mental Health! We are excited to work with many community partners including Mental Health America, Crossbridge Behavioral Health (of Baptist Health - Central Alabama), the Montgomery County Probate Office, the Montgomery Police Department , and NAMI to develop the new Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) program!
This program aims to address mental health challenges within our homeless community, reduce hospital readmissions, and prevent unnecessary incarcerations! We are so proud of this initiative, and can't wait for the positive impact this program will have in our local community!
