• Manage patient accounts and insurance billing (Medicaid & third-party)
• Resolve claim denials and account inquiries
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Handle phone calls, statements, census updates, and month-end billing tasks

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Customer service experience
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred (not required)

She is a licensed Assisted Living Administrator and is currently administrator at Savannah Terrace of Andalusia.
