We are looking for a Home Health Aide to care for our growing elderly population. The individual in this position will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment in which older adults can thrive, assisting with daily living and provide emotional support as needed. The suitable candidate will have prior experience working in home health, enjoy long-term care work, and have a strong interest in creating a safe and secure environment for the homebound.

-Help patients with their daily activities
-Transfer patients safely
-Assist patients with dressing, grooming, and bathing
-Monitor patients vital signs and report hem to the in call nurse if needed
-Prepare food and provide nutrition for patients
-Preform housekeeping and laundry duties in a patients home
-Maintain patients records and prepare daily reports
-Communicate with nurse and family members
