The Jackson Hospital Foundation is thrilled to announce the return of their much-anticipated event, “The Band Party”, formerly know as “Midtown Gets Down”. This lively, exciting event will be an unforgettable night of live music, delicious food and refreshing drinks. This year’s lineup features electrifying performances by Chevy 6 at 8pm and Dixon Darling at 6pm, promising to keep the entertainment going all night.

To make the event even more exciting, there will be a special “Whiskey Collection Giveaway” where guests will have the chance to win some amazing bottles (15 to 20) of whiskey. Tickets for “The Band Party” are priced at $150 per person and chances to win the “Whiskey Collection” are available for $40 each or three chances for $100. Join us Thursday, May 9th from 6:00pm to 10:00pm at Central Restaurant for a night to remember. Here at Jackson Imaging Center, we always try to be up to date with the latest and greatest technology to make your procedures as safe, accurate, and comfortable as possible. One example of this is the 3T breast MRI that we offer. This MRI is highly detailed and doubles the speed of other older breast MRI options available. Our outstanding women’s center offers stereotactic breast biopsies. During this type of biopsy, an x-ray is used to find the lesion and guide a needle to remove a tissue sample. During this process, the area is typically numbed and women usually feel little to no pain. Your comfort is a top priority for us when you make a visit to our women’s center. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

Jackson Imaging Center uses Savi Scout technology. This relatively new procedure allows us to treat breast cancer without needing to place a wire into the breast like previous treatment options required. Savi Scout uses a reflector to locate the tumor and effectively and precisely treat the area. Our center prides itself on being the first in the River Region to offer this improved technology.

Jackson Imaging Center is an entirely digital center! We use PACS (picture archiving and communication system) as a way to efficiently and safely store and send images. This system allows for quick access of images for patients and doctors. We take your health very seriously here at our imaging center and our goal is to make our center as efficient as possible!
