Endocrinology Associates (Dr. Bruce Trippe)

After 45+ years of private practice Dr. Trippe is closing his office and going in with a medical group. On April 6, 2020 Dr. Trippe will be part of Health Services Inc. His office in the Mulberry Plaza by Jackson Hospital will close and his new office will be in the Montgomery East Family Medical Center at 309 St. Luke’s Drive in Montgomery. We hope to see all of you move with us there. Attached is a letter with some additional information , including how to get your medical records if you are not moving to the new practice, you should’ve received in the mail.  If you wish to obtain your records and, did not receive an authorization form via mail, please contact the office Health Services after April 5.
