Standing side stretch is a great way to wake up the body, lengthen through the spine, and create space in areas we don’t always think about—like the ribs and side body. It’s gentle, accessible, and perfect to add into your daily routine at home.

Our parking lot is located behind the building. The driveway is on the right-hand side, but it can be a little easy to miss from the road due to the hill—so keep an eye out as you approach.

There’s also a light at the intersection nearby to help guide you.
