Dear Patients,

I would like to thank you for your trust and confidence in allowing me to serve as your periodontist through the years. It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing my decision to retire effective February 24, 2022. As many of you know, I have served patients in the Montgomery area for the last 38 years. With family living out of state, retirement will allow me to spend extended time with them.
Because I want you to continue your periodontal care, Dr. Steve Davis will carry on my practice. Dr. Davis is a caring and competent periodontist with qualifications and skills to continue your care in a highly professional manner.
Dr. Steve Davis has practiced periodontics in Montgomery for nearly 30 years and is a practice I trust to continue your care. Our office will transfer your records to Dr. Davis unless you advise us to do otherwise. If you choose to pick up your records or if you would like to seek another provider, please notify our office within 30 days. Dr. Davis’s office will be contacting you for your regularly scheduled visit if you on the active list. If you are due a checkup and are not scheduled, please contact Dr. Davis’s office.
Once again, thank you for allowing me to serve as your periodontist, it has been my honor. I will miss our conversations and your friendship.

We are reopening May 4!!!!!!!

The Alabama Department of Public Health and the Alabama Dental Board have approved the reopening of dental offices. We are excited to be back in the office. While infection control has always been a top priority we have adjusted our office infection control procedures to keep you and our staff safe with Covid-19 now being present.
Our office will be contacting you to confirm or reschedule and will ask you some questions to screen for any risk factors. When you get to the office, we will meet you at the car and ask you some questions. We will take your temperature and give you a personal es**rt to our office and help you with any paperwork. Unfortunately anyone with you will need to stay in the car. Please bring your mask with you as we will all be wearing them.

Due to the coronavirus(covid-19) and the recommendations of State of Alabama we are extending the suspension of all elective dental procedures through April 30.
