Kids learn better when their bodies feel steady, organized, and ready — and sometimes they need a little help getting there.
Today, our therapists are demonstrating a few simple movements we use in sessions to support:
• Reading and writing
• Body control
• Better posture
• Longer attention
• Confidence during learning
These exercises are easy to try at home as a reset, before homework, or anytime your child needs a movement break.
Small, intentional movements can make big differences in how children feel in their bodies and how they learn. 💙
Our Montgomery clinic currently has no waitlist for Occupational & Physical Therapy. We’re here whenever your family is ready.
