🏆 Congratulations to Our Employee Walking Challenge Winners! 🏆

A big round of applause to Kim and Krystal for stepping up—literally😂—and claiming the top spots in our July Walking Challenge! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

These two logged an impressive 42.7 intentional walking miles, proving that small, consistent actions add up to big results.

This challenge wasn’t just about winning—it was about moving more, boosting energy, and making wellness a part of our everyday work life. Walking improves cardiovascular health, reduces stress, and even sparks creativity—making it a perfect fit for a healthier, happier workplace.

Meet Emily, our May walking challenge winner! 🥇

Emily walked 27 intentional work-out miles during the month of May. Our participants reached 98.6 miles total, with a collaborative staff goal set for 100 miles in June. 🤩

Walking to stay physically active is an important example for us to set at MWHA for our patients and fellow co-workers. We love to promote wellness and better physical health. 💪🏽💪🏿🩵

Here are a few tips on staying active during a busy work week:

✔️Set intentional time during the day to walk. Grab a buddy to keep you accountable.

✔️Bring a pair of walking shoes to leave at your work space to avoid any excuses.

✔️Too hot outside? Rain? Find a set of stairs or indoor routes to walk. You’ll be surprised how many miles add up in small breaks throughout the day!

Today we celebrated & honored Dr. Judi Jehle as she completed her last day of her medical career! She has made an impact in the lives of so many and our practice would not be as successful without her hard-work, faithfulness, and commitment to her patients and her fellow physicians and staff! We hope to make her proud as she enters this new and well-deserved chapter of her life! CONGRATULATIONS & don’t be a stranger 🫶🏼

Jessie walked 32 miles of intentional exercise, which contributed to a total of 109 miles walked among our MWHA team for the month of April!
