Tips for Optimal health: We can help!

Exercise helps you look & feel better, improves several hormone levels & reduces your risk of various diseases.

Keep toxins out of your body! Toxins promote inflammation & disease. To***co, alcohol, processed foods, some preservatives, some oils & even sugar & sugar substitutes!

Get quality sleep. It lowers inflammation, reduces high stress hormones & increases immune function which will help you avoid other health problems later in life.

Lower Stress. Stress can lead to higher blood pressure & heart rate, weight gain & adrenal fatigue.

Choose whole foods such as unprocessed & antibiotic free meats & cheeses, fresh un-canned fruits & vegetables, seeds, raw nuts & whole grains.

Eat healthy fats. Avocados, olive oil, coconut oils are examples. Butter is also better than margarine.

Eat lower processed carbs. Breads & rolls, cookies, crackers, tortillas are but a few.
