Limited-English-proficiency (LEP) individuals face multiple language, cultural, and system-navigation barriers that can delay recognition of substance use concerns and access to care. For some LEP individuals, substance use education and treatment first occur after justice involvement, reflecting prior language, cultural, and system-navigation barriers. This FREE webinar examines how culturally responsive education, interpretation, and coordinated referral pathways can expand voluntary access to substance use education and treatment before justice involvement.
