Varsity swimmer with Patellar Alta syndrome. “Strong like bull” legs but excruciating irritation causing her to give up backstroke for the season. Stretching + taping + some soft tissue work should help until she stops growing and the legs catch-up correctly. Growing is hard enough doesn’t need to be painful.

Congrats HS Graduates - a few of Reactive patients are on to bigger and more intense training as they transition from local High School heroes to college student-athletes. One patient in particular came into our office as a 5th grader with a cross country running issue and now she's off to play D1 lacrosse. No matter what your goal is, always commit with good intention and finish with determination!
