EMG Partner Spotlight: Dr. D. Kevin Donahoe, M.D. from The Orthopaedic Group, P.C.

With a passion for helping patients find freedom from pain, Dr. D. Kevin Donahoe brings years of experience and precision to the diagnosis and treatment of spinal conditions. He is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in both surgical and non-surgical approaches to spine care.

Dr. Donahoe earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and completed his orthopaedic surgery and rehabilitation residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He went on to complete a fellowship in AO/ASIF Spine, equipping him with advanced expertise in spinal surgery and reconstruction.

Believing that no two patients are alike, Dr. Donahoe takes a comprehensive, personalized approach to each case—helping individuals regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys hunting, fishing, cheering on Alabama football, and spending time with his wife and kids.

With a deep commitment to restoring function and improving quality of life, Dr. Colin W. Swigler specializes in the operative and nonoperative treatment of adult and pediatric upper extremity conditions.

A proud University of Florida graduate, Dr. Swigler went on to earn his medical degree from the Florida State University College of Medicine and complete his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Tennessee – Campbell Clinic. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at the University of Florida Health College of Medicine – Shands Hospital.

Board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Swigler combines technical precision with compassionate care. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, camping, and taking in everything the saltwater has to offer.
