🎉 Congratulations to the official 2026 Self-Care Team for Samford University. These students will be representing their school at the annual Self-Care Championship in Gulf Shores next summer, where they will compete against Auburn’s team for the coveted title.

In order to make it on this team, they had to complete two rounds of self-care “trivia” – the five highest-scoring individuals earned a spot.

Way to go, ladies!
