Frank “Breeze” Smith is a registered 200E-RYT , YACEP with Yoga Alliance. He brings nearly a decade of intensive practice and teaching experience to the Montgomery area, and is excited to share his unique style of uniting the mind, body, and breath.
Breeze’s students hail from all walks of life and all levels of practice. He has taught in the federal prison system, Respite Ministries, elementary schools, and in local gyms and yoga studios. He is passionate about giving back to the community, and Breezeville hosts charity classes every week that raise funds for local non-profits.
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi or yogini, there are a variety of classes and workshops for you! Come and join us at Breezeville at the Yoga House, and just ride the wave of the breath!
