It's World Diabetes Day🩺🩸❤️‍🩹

Today's the day to spread awareness of diabetes. It's estimated that half the adults that have diabetes are undiagnosed! So, use this day as a reminder to get yourself tested if you have any risk factors or symptoms of diabetes.

Symptoms can include excessive urination, constant thirst and hunger, weight loss, vision changes and tiredness. It's a tough fact, but being overweight really increases the chances of having type 2️⃣ diabetes.

Cervical Radiculopathy🧑‍⚕️

Neck pain has many causes. Mechanical neck pain comes from injury or inflammation in the soft tissues of the neck. This is much different and less concerning than symptoms that come from pressure on the nerve roots as they exit the spinal column. People sometimes refer to this problem as a pinched nerve. Health care providers call it cervical radiculopathy.
