Position Overview

As a DSP, you will:

Support individuals in daily living skills
Promote independence and community involvement
Assist with behavior support plans
Contribute to a safe, caring, and empowering environment
Requirements

Must be 18+
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Passion for helping others and a team-focused mindset

Three Folds Care Inc. is seeking full-time Direct Care Professionals to work either shifts of 7am – 3pm; 3pm – 11pm; 11pm – 7am to provide support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities in Montgomery, AL and the surrounding areas. Candidate must be dedicated, professional, compassionate, and demonstrate patience for working with emotionally fragile individuals. Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation and some experience working with people with disabilities, possess a valid driver's license; High School Diploma or GED equivalent, and be willing to undergo criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
