Hello, I'm Jess Conover, owner and speech-language pathologist at PickleTree Pediatric Therapy. I am passionate about helping children overcome issues with speech, language, and literacy. After ten years, of practing as a school based speech therapist, I followed my heart and opened PickleTree, a place where therapy sessions are customized to each child and not restricted by caseloads or educational plans. This approach allows me to unlock your child's full potential, leading to happier kids. This happiness leads to higher quality interactions with family, friends, and oftentimes improved educational results. I obtained my Masters of Arts in Speech Language Pathology from The Ohio State University. I also hold a Masters in Education from from Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton. Throughout my career I have had the pleasure of lecturing to other speech therapists as well as general education and special education teachers about a variety of topics, including literacy, communication, and social/behavioral expectations within the educational setting. I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 children, cooking, running, organic gardening, and falling asleep before the end of a good movie.
