Each participant received a personalized take-home health report, including their current vital signs and direct contact info for their Primary Care Medical Home team at HSI.

Thanks to this incredible partnership, we were able to serve 250 families at our Montgomery Primary Healthcare Center.

This is ALWAYS one of our favorite parts of the holiday season. Join in on the fun our HSI team recently had shopping for toys as part of WAKA News' Magical Christmas Toy Drive. You'll even see Gilbert Darrington, CEO, strike the Heisman pose, and be part of a fourth down incompletion. There was a penalty flag on the play resulting in an automatic first down and onward drive to the cash register and then on to the Magical Toy Vault! Please consider making a toy donation this year if possible. We will be accepting toy donations at our Montgomery location (1845 Cherry Street, just behind Jackson Hospital) from now through December 12th. Happy Holidays from HSI!
