We were proud to partner with the Bullock County High School - Hornet NationPeer Helpers to recognize Take Down To***co Day in a fun and impactful way at the Bullock County Career Technical Center

Together, we hosted a โ€œHonk and Waveโ€ event to spread awareness about choosing a to***co-free life. With energy, positivity, and a lot of honks of support from the community, students helped send a powerful message: living to***co-free is something to celebrate.

Moments like these show how youth voices can make a difference and inspire healthier choices across our communities. Weโ€™re grateful to the Peer Helpers for their leadership and commitment to making Bullock County a healthier place!

Great tips!

Happy ! ๐Ÿ

Trust the process, even when the path feels uncertain. Growth doesnโ€™t always happen in comfortable spaces, but every step forward matters. Today, take a moment to reflect on how far youโ€™ve come, trust your timing, and give yourself credit for the progress youโ€™re making.

Letโ€™s continue to build resilience, stay consistent, and focus on growth over perfection.

This morning, we had a great time visiting with the community members of the Legacies - Crawford Senior Activities Center and sharing our ๐˜๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ๐˜ฑ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜•๐˜ฆ๐˜น๐˜ต ๐˜Ž๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ ๐˜š๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜บ ๐˜›๐˜ฐ๐˜ฃ๐˜ข๐˜ค๐˜ค๐˜ฐ-๐˜๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ presentation as part of our ๐—›๐—ฌ๐—ฃ๐—˜ ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—™๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ.

During the session, we talked about how to***co and va**ng products have changed over the years, why young people are especially at risk, and how parents, grandparents, and trusted adults can have meaningful conversations with kids and grandkids about making healthy choices.

This is one of the core lessons we share throughout the program, helping students understand how the brain is still developing, how it keeps what it practices, and why ni****ne use during the teen years increases the risk of addiction.

We appreciate the opportunity to partner with our schools to provide interactive, prevention education that empowers students to make informed, healthy choices.

What a fantastic morning at the Russell County District 5 Health Walk!

From start to finish, the energy was uplifting and inspiring. Families, seniors, and community members came together to walk the trail, prioritize heart health, and learn more about building healthier lifestyles. Seeing multiple generations walking side by side was a powerful reminder that wellness truly is a community effort.

We were also proud to share information about the HYPE Program and the HYPE Breathe Free Initiative, highlighting the importance of living a ni****ne-free life and supporting youth in making healthy, informed choices. Conversations about prevention and long-term wellness are such an important part of events like this.

Thank you to District 5 leadership and everyone who showed up to support a healthier Russell County. Weโ€™re proud to see our community taking steps, literally, toward stronger hearts and brighter futures.
