This lovely patient had been through a lot in her life the last few years before seeing me and her appearance no longer matched her young personality. We started small developed a relationship and trust and then went from there with compete facial makeover over a couple of procedures. Volume was a big goal of ours as she was so hollow. We accomplished this with fat transfer to the cheek, lower eyelids, and upper eyelids (she doesn’t have a lot). We added temple volume with temple implants and corrected her chin asymmetry with a custom chin implant. We gave the lips a sexier look with a lip lift and corner lift. We did a mini deep plane to tighten the jawline, lift the cheek, and get rid of the little bit of excess in the neck. We lifted the upper eyelid with a ptosis repair to look more awake and gave her back volume above her eye with fat transfer and fat redraping. We improved the skin quality with laser and nanofat. We did add small amounts of filler to the lower lip, nasal rim and tip (to avoid a revision rhinoplasty), and upper eyelid for symmetry final touches. Last but not least, I think we have taken out more enlarged pores and skin tags than I can count (she has a very magnified mirror she brings ;)).
