Not every relationship that needs support is in crisis.

Sometimes it looks like:
– The same argument on repeat
– Feeling unheard, even when you’re both trying
– Small things turning into bigger reactions than expected
– Wanting to feel closer, but not knowing how to get there
– Feeling stuck in patterns you can see but can’t shift

Couples therapy can be a space to slow things down, understand those patterns, and learn how to move differently—together.

You don’t have to wait until things feel broken to start paying attention to what’s not working.

Not everything you’re carrying is yours.

Some of it was learned.
Some of it was inherited.
Some of it was given to you before you had a choice.

The pressure.
The responsibility.
The belief that you have to hold everything together.

At some point, it made sense.

But healing is learning to pause and ask:
Is this actually mine to carry?

And slowly—gently—
giving yourself permission to put some of it down.

Reclaiming Yourself is a 6-week women’s circle designed to help you slow down and turn inward.

This group is about deep self-exploration in a supportive environment, using a blend of:

🌿 guided meditation
🌿 somatic awareness exercises
🌿 reflective journaling
🌿 meaningful group discussion

Together we’ll explore identity, boundaries, intuition, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been lost in the roles you carry.

Validation sounds like:

Not: “You’re right and I’m wrong.”
