2 slices of Dave’s Powerseed bread
2 tbsp basil pesto (1 tbsp for each slice of bread)
0.5 cup low fat cottage cheese (split in half for each slice)

Bruschetta topping
Diced tomatoes

2 tbsp of hummus

1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1/2 banana
1 cup of preferred milk (I used cows milk 1%)
1 scoop of protein powder (substitute with high protein yogurt if desired)
*Blend all ingredients and add desired toppings!
1/2 cup fresh strawberries for topping (frozen used in picture)
1/3 cup of granola for topping (I used Nutrail blueberry pecan)

Additional toppings I like! (Not included in this recipe or nutrition above)
Handful of spinach for added fiber
1-2 tbsp chia seeds mixed in or on top (Fiber/protein/healthy fats)
