Cheering on Mia at the IRONMAN World Championship 2025 in Kona! 🌺💪

We’re bursting with pride for our very own Mia Gentle, NP-C, who will be in Kona, Hawai‘i this weekend to compete in the ultimate test of endurance, grit, and heart: IRONMAN World Championship 2025.

Athletes must earn a coveted spot in this event by ranking among the best in the world at prior Ironman events. This year, only about 1,500 women worldwide made it to the starting line—and Mia is one of them!

She’ll be..
🏊🏽‍♀️ swimming 2.4 miles in the Pacific
🚴🏽‍♀️ biking 112 miles across the lava fields, and
🏃🏽‍♀️ finish with a full 26.2-mile marathon under the Hawaiian sun.

All with that trademark Mia determination and smile.

We’re thrilled to introduce you to Donna Woods, CRNP, the newest provider on our Auburn team and a woman whose journey into functional medicine is as personal as it is professional.

With 28+ years of nursing experience and 4+ years as a Nurse Practitioner, Donna has cared for patients in labor & delivery, postpartum care, medical-surgical nursing, community health, urgent and primary care, men’s health, weight management, and rejuvenative health. But it was her own health struggles and years of “normal” labs that didn’t provide answers that pushed her to dig deeper. Around the same time, she watched her husband face the same frustrations with conventional care.

That’s when she found functional medicine’s root-cause approach, and it changed everything.

Now, Donna helps patients uncover what’s really driving their symptoms, restore energy and balance, and experience the clarity that comes with the Saluxis Method. From advanced hormone and peptide therapy to simple daily practices like grounding, she brings compassion, expertise, and hope to every step of the process.
