Our Therapeutic rehabilitation clients used creative expression today to create these unique ornaments! 🎄

Today we turned a simple craft into a meaningful mental health lesson. Creating ornaments isn’t just about glitter and glue—it’s a chance to slow down, be present, and let creativity guide the mind. As our members choose colors, shapes, and designs, they practice mindfulness and express their emotions in a safe, reflective way.

And the best part? They walk away with something they made themselves—a small reminder of accomplishment, joy, and the importance of taking time for self-care. 💛

Sometimes the simplest activities can have the biggest impact. 🎄✨

We got our tree set up today and will be working on decorating it over the weekend and next week. Our tree will feature ornaments made by our clients this year, and we cannot wait to see it come together.

Even if you’re not a client but would like to leave an ornament, go ahead! You’ll see our sign sitting at the base.
