Join us in celebrating Jalissa Brown, an incredible member of our Nightingale The Woods family. A proud mom of three, Jalissa started as a dietary aide and worked her way up to cook, bringing passion, love, and dedication to everything she does.

She adores serving and interacting with residents, especially the ones she admits she has “spoiled”, and wouldn’t have it any other way. 💕

Today, we proudly celebrate Dana Sawyer, APRN, an incredible provider, team member, and friend to our residents at The Woods.

Since beginning her healthcare career in 2000, Dana has consistently delivered outstanding care, always going the extra mile to ensure each resident receives the attention and support they deserve.

Dana shares her talents between MMC2 and The Woods, and outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Bobby, her children Seth and Samantha, her four pups, and getting outdoors for some mudriding fun! 🌟

Meet Brandi, our Therapy Coordinator at The Woods! Since graduating from PTA school in 2008, she’s worked across outpatient care, home health, and skilled nursing, bringing a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role. 💪

At The Woods, Brandi leads our therapy programs, helping residents improve mobility, build strength, and enhance their daily living skills. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, grandbaby, and life on her small farm filled with goats, chickens, and more. 🐐🐔🎮

Briana graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in May 2025 and has been passionate about long-term care since the 5th grade. Her kindness, teamwork, and dedication shine every day. 💙

“There’s nothing more rewarding than being a familiar, kind face for my residents — someone they can trust and feel safe around. I love creating a space where they can truly be themselves. Charlotte Johnson is a dedicated healthcare professional and proud single mom to her 4-year-old son, Elijah. After spending ten years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she recently advanced her career by becoming a MA-C at The Woods, A Nightingale Community. Charlotte is Passionate about providing compassionate care! Charlotte is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing to become a Registered Nurse.

Outside of work and school, Charlotte enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and indulging in her favorite foods: steak with a baked potato and anything chocolate. Her drive, kindness, and love for helping others shine through in everything she does.
