I had a practical massage with our new hire this morning…. Beth did an amazing job!!!

I feel very proud of the fact that when I am closing my business down, I have both very strong therapists to hand off to the new owner.

Joe has been doing massage for over 13 years and Beth has been doing massage since 2008 many times seasoned therapists are easily fatigued. Not quite the case here, as both of these therapists are strong in the hands and very talented.

Beth is a former nurse, so she has an extensive background for medical issues, and Joe has a huge sports background. I encourage everybody to get on the books as soon as possible, and make sure that the therapist are busy. Have a great day.

This is probably the hardest thing I’ve had to write in A long time.

It is time for my hands to retire. They’ve been aching for the past two years and I’ve done everything I could to extend them out to the end of my lease (November).

A great lady has purchased many items to ensure that massages and yoga classes can still remain in the building. Joe is still working with all of my precious deep tissue clients and we just added another gal who has been a massage therapist since 2009.

I’m truly blessed to have all of your support though out the years. I’m pursuing a new career MUCH different than bodywork and will be challenging myself to grow once more through learning a totally new career.

I plan on still teaching massage and yoga in the future. However my home front has had many shifts in the past few months as well. We are moving, so my classes will mainly be presented online.

I hope that you remain loyal to the new owner and therapists. They are all wonderful and I entrust that they will supersede your expectations quickly.

Marilee will be keeping the MonticelloMassage.com website open and will most likely change the application in which you schedule on now. She is starting to share space with us now and will be in complete charge on July1st. Feel free to introduce yourself when coming in for your next appointment.

I was going to have a “Not goodbye, but see ya around” open house on May 27th but I will be attending a family member’s wedding vows.

We will need all gift cards, gift certificates and package punches redeemed by June 30th. Those sessions will most likely be honored by Joe and Elizabeth as I will be training for the time being.

Once I am settled into our new living space I may decide to still remain active with all of my CranioSacral clients as that has been my main focus for the past 4 years. No promises though…It all depends on whether or not a can keep a good home/work balance.

I’ve never been good at goodbyes, so I’ll end with see ya around.
