I want to Thank all those that are following my page. Its been a long journey,and its still in the planning stage,. Im trying to come up with the money ill need for start up. Im hoping it will be able sustain itself. Im back to thinking that Hillsborough county,Florida is the best place for this.

January classes posted! Come start the new year strong with me. For those new to barre and yoga, or for experienced individuals looking for more individualized corrections, I've added a Breaking Down the Barre and a Breaking Down the Mat class. These classes will be limited to 10 people in order to provide personalized instruction as we break down the common poses in barre/yoga. Because of a limited number of people and the need to reserve spots, these classes will cost $10.00. Be sure to check out the event for details and reserve your spot! All other classes are completely free and open to anyone! More information can be found about each class in my events section. :)

UPDATE: No class 1/17- I forgot about the holiday when scheduling these :)

Our Story

I'm opening my doors to be able to improve a persons ability to succeed in therapy. I'm starting small to get my feet wet and expand from there. Insurance companies give up on a person, and quit paying for therapy, sending a person home, letting them get weak. then when therapy can take them back, they have to go thru muscle rebuilding, then that per5son plateaus again, getting sent home AGAIN.

I am opening a fitness center for the disabled. This facility will be a place where the disabled can come to, meet friends ( for encouragement), do exercises, work out, play sports, meet up with friends, etc.

I’m wanting to start small like around 1500 -2000 sq/ft, to get experience, get the company name out there.

I’m wanting to pay atleast a year in rent (18000 +./- utilites ( 18000 ), INSURANCE approx. 1000 yr., equiptment (New/ used 20000), used wheelchair van (4000) cleaning supplies (1000) ABOUT 10000 IN BANK ACCT.
