Thinking about Medicare or helping a loved one navigate it? Join us this Thursday, April 2, for the first session of our FREE 60 & Better Lunch N' Learn Series.

Jessica McConnell from 360 Benefits Group will cover Medicare 101, offering a helpful overview of what you need to know about Medicare and answering any questions you may have.

The series will continue April 9, 16, and 23, with different educational topics each week geared towards those 60+. Anyone is welcome to attend.

Registration is encouraged but no required. Free lunch vouchers for Apple a Day Café will be provided.

KMC hosted the Mansfield 4-H Clovers and Clover Buds (and parents) last Thursday March 19th in Celebration of National Nutrition Month®. The 4-H-ers got to learn about the history of the chia seed and its impressive nutritional value, watch a food demonstration of how-to-make chia seed pudding, taste chia seed pudding, and a lucky raffle winner (Mallory) got to go home with a Chia Pet.

It was a rewarding experience “discovering the power of nutrition” with this outstanding community 4-H program -- connecting chia pets to a serious health-boosting edible saliva seed!
