Good Friday Reflection ✝️

Today invites us to be still… to remember a love so deep that it chose sacrifice over comfort, forgiveness over anger, and grace over judgment.

Jesus carried the cross not just in pain, but in love—for you, for me, for all of us. In His suffering, we find healing. In His silence, we hear mercy. In His death, we are given new life.

May we take this moment to reflect on His sacrifice, to let go of what weighs heavy on our hearts, and to walk forward in faith, love, and gratitude.

“By His wounds we are healed.” – Isaiah53:5

Happy World Autism Awareness Day 💙

Today is a reminder that every mind is unique, every voice matters, and every person deserves to be seen, heard and valued. Autism is not something to be
"fixed" ..it is a different way of experiencing and understanding the world. 🌎
Let's choose compassion over assumptions, inclusion over exclusion, and respect over ignorance.. not just today, but every day.

It wasn't just a meal.
It was a love that stayed... even when it was about to be left.
Jesus knew who would betray Him.
He knew who would deny Him.
He knew who would run.
And still, He knelt.
Still, He served.
Still, He loved-without holding back.
That kind of love doesn't make sense to the world.
But it changes everything.
Today, we remember a Savior who didn't walk away from us-
even when we would have walked away from Him. 🩶🙏🏻

"Having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end." - John 13:1

Holy Wednesday ✝️
Today we remember the moment When Judas chose to betray Jesus. It reminds us to reflect on our own hearts and turn back to the Lord with sincere repentance.
As we continue this sacred journey of Holy Week, may we open our hearts to God's mercy and love. 💜

There's something about APRIL,
the way the light lingers a little longer, the air feels a little softer, and everything around you begins to slowly, gently come back to life. 🩷

1 in 10.

That’s how many people are affected by autoimmune disease.

People who look “fine.”
People who still show up every day.
People who push through exhaustion, pain, and symptoms no one else can see.

People who are fighting their own body… every single day.

It’s not just “feeling tired.”
It’s not something you can just sleep off.
It’s your immune system turning against you
and learning how to live in a body that doesn’t always cooperate.

March is Autoimmune Disease Awareness Month.

A reminder that just because someone looks okay on the outside
doesn’t mean they aren’t struggling behind the scenes.

Invisible doesn’t mean it isn’t real.

Looks like this weather event may move in after most people are already in bed, which makes preparation even more important. When storms arrive overnight, it’s harder to stay aware of changing conditions, and response times are slower. A simple plan and reliable alert methods make a big difference.

What to do before heading to bed

• Charge phones and backup batteries so alerts come through even if the power goes out.
• Enable multiple alert sources — weather apps, Wireless Emergency Alerts, NOAA Weather Radio, and local news notifications each cover different gaps.
• Set your devices to loud, persistent alerts so warnings can wake you if needed.
• Know your safe spot in case high winds or severe storms require quick shelter.

Plan Ahead and Stay Safe!!!
