🦷 February 9th is National Toothache Day — and here’s something important to know…

Toothaches don’t usually show up “out of nowhere.” They’re often your body’s way of saying something needs attention.

Ways to help prevent dental pain:
• Brush twice daily with fluoride or hydroxyapatite toothpaste
• Floss every day (yes, every day 😉)
• Keep up with regular dental checkups and cleanings
• Avoid using your teeth as tools (no opening packages!)
• Don’t ignore early sensitivity or discomfort

But if you are experiencing pain — don’t wait.

Sensitivity to hot, cold, sweets, or biting down can be early warning signs of decay, infection, or a cracked tooth. The sooner we see you, the easier it is to treat — and the faster we can get you comfortable again.
