After much reflection, I want to let you know that I will be closing my chiropractic practice effective March 14, 2026.
Caring for you over the years has been a true privilege. I’m deeply grateful for your trust, support, and the relationships we’ve built. This decision was not an easy one, and it comes with mixed emotions, but I’m incredibly thankful for this chapter and for each of you who made it so meaningful.
Your continued care is important to me, and I encourage you to continue chiropractic treatment. I’m happy to provide referrals to trusted colleagues. If you would like a referral or a copy of your records, please contact the office no later than March 14, 2026 at 319-465-4663 or backhomechiropractic@gmail.com . All records will be handled in accordance with privacy and retention requirements.
