Our Customer Service Overall Champion for March 2026 is LeeAnn Young, LPN.

LeeAnn is one of our Star City Clinic nurses. She was nominated for her attitude, communication, teamwork and professionalism. LeeAnn was nominated multiple times for going the extra mile to help her patients and coworkers. One coworker turned in an example of how LeeAnn helped a patient that was not assigned to her because she saw the patient was struggling. She helped the patient while allowing the patient to maintain their dignity. Another coworker said that when LeeAnn finishes with her assigned portion of work, she will start helping others do their part. She also stepped up to create better systems for some clinic projects. She truly cares about making sure patients get the best care. LeeAnn goes above and beyond on a daily basis. Acts like hers truly reflect compassion, teamwork and patient-centered care that we strive to provide at Mainline.
