Shelly Wolfe is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has been practicing since 2015. She joined MHSI’s Behavioral Health team in 2023 as a Behavioral Health Consultant for the Warren School-Based Clinic. Shelly holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education degree from UALR, a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts from UAM.

Shelly’s career experience includes eight years as a classroom teacher, four years as a school-based mental health therapist, and three years as a K-12 school counselor. The knowledge gained through each of these positions provides her with a unique skill set allowing her to work collaboratively with patients to identify beneficial goals and intervention strategies.

Shelly is proud to be a part of Mainline Health Systems as their mission is to provide the highest quality of clinical services to ALL. She loves being part of the Warren School Based Clinic where she provides support and treatment services to students and staff in the Warren School District.

Shelly has been married to her husband, John, for over 20 years. Together they have a daughter, Leah, a graduate of Warren High School and UAM who is also pursuing a career in Clinical Mental Health.
