It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Dr. Fredy Cordova of Monticello, Arkansas.
Dr. Cordova faithfully served Mainline at the Monticello Clinic for several years before retiring due to health reasons. He was a dedicated, empathetic, and faith-filled physician whose love for his patients was reflected in the care he gave.

Dr. Cordova’s legacy is one of compassion, faith, and service. His memory will live on in the countless lives he touched, both within the clinic and throughout the communities he served.
