Monticello, you all shocked me! 💚
The response to my last post about our strength training program for adults 40+ was incredible.
I had people stop me in the gym this week asking, ‘Is this really for people over 40?’. Because of that, we’ve decided to open up a few more spots so more people can experience what this program is all about.
At Paradigm Fitness, we believe strength after 40 shouldn’t feel intimidating, painful, or confusing. It should feel empowering.
This program is designed specifically for adults who want to:
✔️ Build real strength safely
✔️ Move better and reduce aches and stiffness
✔️ Train with structure and purpose
✔️ Be coached in an encouraging, supportive environment
This is personalized, coached strength training built around your body, your abilities, and your goals.
If you’re willing to commit to a few weeks, train 2–3 times per week, and give honest feedback as we continue expanding the program, we’d love to have you join us.
