It's been awhile!
Hey there, it's me, Kendra, your massage therapist and esthetician! We are in the middle of August, I know hard to believe, right?
I wanted to check in with all of you. I realize it has been awhile since I sent out an email and figured a sweet update would be beneficial.
Current Protocols:
Yes Covid is still circulating around as it will be.
1. At this time, masks are not required in our office or in the massage space. Please continue doing what you are comfortable with.
As for me, I will base it off your comfort level. If you show up to your appointment with a mask on, I will automatically wear mine. If you walk in without one I will assume your comfort level is to not be masked unless you say otherwise! I want everyone to feel as comfortable and confident during their massage.
Please, please, please still consider me when you come in for your massage. If you are feeling ill it might be best to reschedule or to message me so we can create a plan based on your symptoms.
PLEASE NOTE MASK REQUIREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.
2. Where to wait for your appointment:
I continue to find it less congested in the building if you stay in your car in the back parking lot and wait for me to come get you but you are 100% welcome to come in and sit in the waiting room if you prefer that option! There is no wrong option.
3. Everything else remains the same! I will send an update if anything changes.
Subleasing my space!
For those of you who aren't aware, I started subleasing my space to another massage therapist the days and times I am not in the office. Her name is Sarah Engler and she is wonderful! This shift has allowed me to have more of a strict boundary in my schedule and days to devote to my other growing business, jewelry making. It has been a tough transition as I know along with having a large client load it makes it less flexible with your schedules.
I want to encourage all of my clients to keep her or the other massage therapist, Diane in your tool box. Both therapists are taking new clients and I would prefer you to be seen over not! I know change even if its momentary is difficult but you may find the styles they offer work for you as well! This doesn't mean I love you all any less, it just means I am growing, thanks to you.
New system!!
I am hoping by the start of September I will be shifting over to my new system! I am excited to see if this change will be beneficial for all of us. I am going to give it a trail run for a month and would love any feedback from you! This will mean updated paperwork and forms, stay tuned!
Anyway, I hope you are doing well and you are enjoying the last sliver of summer! Thank you for always supporting me and being a part of my ever evolving life/ businesses. More updates to come!
Love,
Kendra
